We offer two different shipping options to meet your needs - standard and also express fast delivery in case you prefer urgent delivery.
Shipping methods and costs
In order to offer you the best service and ensure fast and safe worldwide deliveries, we cooperate with PPL and DPD (for the Czech Republic and EU) and DHL (for the USA and other countries) as our logistics partners.
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and volume of your purchase. The shipping price is previewed for each product and will be automatically calculated based on these specifications at checkout.
Free transport
We offer free shipping for goods delivered within the Czech Republic.
Delivery information
When ordering, we ship all orders within 48 hours of ordering. Estimated delivery times are applicable from the date of dispatch and serve as average delivery times, which may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather and carrier workload.
The courier will inform you in advance about the planned delivery by SMS and e-mail. If the courier does not find anyone at the address you provided, he will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion or trying to reach you by phone or email. After 3 (three) days, our customer service will contact you directly by e-mail.
When and how quickly do we deliver?
Our online store delivers worldwide from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The courier does not deliver on holidays or pre-celebration days.
The standard delivery time in the Czech Republic is 3-5 days, in EU countries 5-10 days and in other countries within 15 days.
Accepting the shipment
At the moment of receipt of the goods, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. We therefore ask you to carefully check your shipment immediately after its delivery. If you are not the recipient of the purchase (such as a gift order), the person who signs for the package acknowledges receipt and is responsible for the package.
If the package has been delivered to you and its packaging shows signs of damage, take a picture of it before unpacking it. If there has been any damage to your order, contact us at laokonshop@gmail.com and attach photos of the damage (the shipment and your order) and our team will contact you immediately.
Tracking your order
After sending the shipment, we will notify you by e-mail and provide you with the tracking number of your package. You can check the current status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number in the email on the website of the specified provider.
The carrier will also inform you about the planned delivery by SMS and e-mail that was provided during the order.
Taxes and duties
Most countries ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all applicable import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the displayed product prices do not include all taxes and duties or EU / UK VAT. As the consignee, you are responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes to the selected country you are shipping to and payment is necessary to clear your order from customs upon delivery.
